11-Year-Old Arrested

An 11-year-old boy was arrested for drawing this in class...

His therapist just told him to draw his feelings instead of acting out, and he went to jail..

Pitch!

Every Tuesday and Thursday Anthony Pitches us a new product. Todays product, Big Ox!

Energy drinks have become very popular in recent years, however they are very unhealthy for people. But what if I told you there was an alternative way to get energy simply by just breathing in good ‘ol oxygen, would you believe me? You’d have to, or else this pitch would die right here…..introducing Big Ox, a canned oxygen product used as an alternative to energy drinks. Simply take a hit of Big Ox and the flavored oxygen goes straight to the muscles in need of some energy. Each 10 liter can of Big Ox contains 30 to 40 breaths worth of oxygen, and it comes in Tropical Breeze or Mountain Mint flavors. New Big Ox Gourmet Oxygen, (breathe in deep and exhale dramatically then make some odd, hyper noises).

Word of the Day

What to impress you friends? How about using a complex voacabulary word from the Morning Buzz.. but not really..

Today Word- Poppycock: Foolish talk or nonsense.

ex: Last night was crazy, I was poppycockin' it all over the place.

Ice Cream-Marijuana

It sounds like a scene from a Cheech and Chong movie. Deputies in Louisiana arrested Johnathan Trahan for selling pot out of an ice cream truck.  Trahan had 9 grams of pot and a glass pipe on him when his truck was stopped.  He was booked for possession with the intent to distribute.

Denver Parking Tickets

Its a break for illegal parkers in Denver.  City officials may have to void more than a million bucks worth of tickets. Apparently those tickets were issued by two city workers who aren't authorized to write them. Apparently two city workers didn't have the "special police officer" status necessary to write parking tickets.  The two wrote up to 100 tickets a day.

Hallucinations-Drug Bust

You could say Daniel Corsaro was high on drugs -- but they weren't his drugs. Pennsylvania troopers report Corsaro started hallucinating and was admitted to a hospital by his landlord.  Troopers report finding a drug lab on the first floor of the building, below where Corsaro lived.  Another tenant admitted to attempting to create illegal drugs, and Corsaro was simply high form chemicals wafting into his room.

BIg Word Wednesday

EDACIOUS

1.) Having a huge appetite: ravenous

2.) excessively eager: insatiable

Florida Cookie Fight

Police say a brawl between roommates over Girl Scout cookies led to assault charges against one of them.  Apparently 31 year old Hersha Howard woke up her roommate on Sunday morning and accused her of eating her Thin Mints.  The argument turned physical when Howard chased her roommate around the room with scissors and hit her repeatedly with a board and a sign.  The roommate claims she gave the cookies to Howard's children. Howard is charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.  She was released Monday on $10,000 bond. The Morning Buzz agrees that a box of Thin Mints was not worth all of this trouble.  A box of Tag-a-Longs however, completely different story.

Federal Court Disconnects Site that Streamed Broadcast TV

It's considered a key win for TV broadcasters. A federal court pulled the plug on a Seattle-based startup company called ivi.  For $4.99 a month you could download there ivi TV player and then watch broadcast TV from stations in Seattle, New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles.  The company has been sued for copyright infringement by the big broadcast networks, local station in New York and Seattle, as well as by public broadcasters, several large movie studios, and Major League Baseball.  Ivi had no immediate comment.  All we on the Morning Buzz can say is how dumb can you be, of course this is not ok, how could you not know that what you were doing was illegal.

Sports

In Sports today the #3 Ohio State Buckeyes blew out Illinois last night 89-70.  The Buckeyes improved to 26-2 with the win.  In the win David Lighty, who is from the Cleveland area and played basketball at Villa-Angela St. Joseph, led the way with 21 points, including 17 in the second half.  The Buckeyes also got 17 points from William Buford, 13 from John Deibler, and 12 off the bench from Aaron Craft, helping to prove that the Buckeyes are not a team that rely's on just one player for wins, although Jared Sullinger did manage a double double with 12 points and 11 rebounds.  The Buckeyes have just one game left before the Big 10 tournament, as March is already almost upon us.

Snake on a Train

It's a snake on a train.  Now, it's a big cleaning bill for that snake on a train. A woman in Boston lost her 3 foot pet boa Penelope on a train and couldn't find it.  Later it was found and now the woman is being sued for clean-up after the snake.  She is just happy to have her pet back.  I want to know why someone is allowed to have a snake on a train, and how no one notices it disappearing and then no one can find it.

Poker Mom

Ebony Kenny is a working mom. However when her kids are in school she's not at the office, she's at the casino.  Kenny is a professional poker player and says her kids know that "mommy plays poker".  Times have been good recently, she won a tournament last month that netted her $24,000.  However, when times are bad, like last summer, her kids had to live with daddy, and she was crashing on couches.  The Morning Buzz isn't sure if her children should be allowed to live in a home where thats the consistency of the income.

Hungry Jurors

There's no free lunch -- at least not for some jurors in Indiana.  Lake County Indiana is cutting the lunch budget for people doing their civic duty, leaving jurors to go hungry. A couple of lawyers took pity on the hungry jurors and paid for their meal.  For us here on the Morning Buzz this raises fear of collusion of lawyers start buying the jurors meals.  "Hey you hungry, my client is innocent".

Dance Marathon

They danced all night -- and then some.  The annual Penn State University dance marathon raised a record 9.8 million dollars, two million more than last years record.  The money goes to Penn State Hersey Children's Hospital.

Nationwide Ski Adventure

Arnie Wilson's mission is complete.  When the British man hit the slopes at Arizona Snowbowl in Flagstaff, he completed his goal of skiing in all 38 U.S. states with a ski lift.  The 67 year old man has also skied every month of the year, and skied every day one year.

Iron Dog-Palin

Todd Palin is participating in the world's longest snowmobile race, with his famous wife on hand to see him off at the start. Palin took off late Sunday morning with his wife Sarah, and two daughters on hand to see him off.  Palin has won the 2,000 mile snowmobile race 4 times, last in 2007.  This year racers are competing for a record $202,500 purse.

Study Finds 5,000 YouTube Videos On Cutting

A psychology study has found more than 5,000 videos showing self-injury posted on YouTube.  The study posted by Pediatrics.org, says the videos show people cutting themselves with razors and other sharp objects.  Many of the video's apparently glorify the practice, while very few discourage it.  Canadian psychologist Stephen Lewis says he fears this may encourage troubled teens to cut themselves, and suggests YouTube provide links for psychological help when users search "self injury".

College Beer

Call it a B-A degree -- as in beer appreciation.  Appalachian State University is trying to get state and federal permits to sell beer.  The brew is the result of an honors class in beer brewing.  The school wants to create its own brand, Ivory Tower Brewery, as well as a major in fermentation sciences, which would cover wine and beer making.

Sports 2/21/11

It certainly was a crazy NBA all-star game last night as the Western Conference beat the Eastern Conference 148-143.  Not surprising that it would be so high scoring, David Stern set it up that way to get ratings I'm sure. Kobe Bryant was the MVP.  In sad news The Ohio State Buckeyes had a chance to reclaim their #1 ranking but got killed by Purdue 76-63 despite 25 points from Jared Sullinger.  A problem for the Buckeyes was the ineffectiveness of Dallas Lauderdale, who played only 12 minutes due to foul trouble.  E'Twaun Moore scored a career high 38 points for the Boilermakers on 7-10 shooting from behind the arc.  The major difference in the game was assist to turnover ratio.  The buckeyes turned the ball over 18 times, but dished out just 9 assists, while the Boilermakers turned the ball over 14 times, while dishing out 16 assists.  When the new rankings come out the Duke Blue Devils will be the nation's #1 team, meanwhile the Buckeyes may fall as low as #7 or #8.

Yellow Snow Soda

Had enough of this winter? Than drown your sorrows in Yellow Snow Soda, the latest creation from Avery Beverages based in New Britain Connecticut.  Don't worry its not made of that kind of yellow snow.  Its a mixture of lemon and pineapple flavors.  Avery Beverages specializes in novelty flavors, for the the 2008 election they offered Barack O'Berry and John McCream sodas.

Pizza Parlor Holdup

It's the case of pepper spray with the pepperoni.  A man attempted to rob a pizza parlor using pepper spray as his primary weapon, despite the fact he also had a gun.   He was clobbered by employees.  Police say the gun turned out to be a BB pistol.  Dude, if you had held the BB pistol up, you probably would have gotten away with it.

100-Year Old Doctor

Dr. "Curly" Watson isn't ready to hang up his stethoscope--even at age 101.  His B-day will be on February 25, and he says he has no intention of retiring.  Dr. Watson is the chair of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a postion he has held since 1947.  During his career Watson has delivered more than 15,000 babies.  Watson still makes rounds and handles administrative duties, but no longer takes clinical appointments.

Rush Hour Delivery

A New Jersey women had her baby in the back of a cab just outside the entrance of the Lincoln Tunnel yesterday morning.  She was trying to get to a New York Hospital but traffic made it impossible.  When the women noticed the baby was coming the cabbie pulled over and a port authority police officer rushed to the scene to assist.

Facebook Adds Civil Unions, Domestic Partnerships to relationship lists

Thats right, you now have to more choices for your relationship status on Facebook.  In the U.S., Canada, the U.K., France and Australia you can now chose to make your relationship status show that you are in a Civil Union or Domestic Partnership.  Facebook says it is only rolling out the feature in countries where users ask for it.

In The News: House Moves to Block Net Neutrality Rules

Last week we discussed the FCC approving Net Neutrality regulations.  Well yesterday with a 244-181 vote, the House of Representatives, mainly the GOP, attached an amendment to a spending bill that would keep the FCC from using federal funds to implement the net neutrality rules.  The amendment however is bound to be met with resistance in the house, which is still controlled by the Democrats.

Strip-Club Law

Strippers are getting a break from a federal appeals court.  The court ruled a Maryland law regulating what strippers could wear and how they could interact with customers unconstitutional.  The court claimed that the law was to broad, and could be applied to dramatic stage performances, and even Ballet.  As a result, the law was thrown out.

Indians Spring Training

Spring Training is finally here.  The Indians are in Goodyear and things for this season are already starting to take shape.  Orlando Cabrera's one year deal was finalized yesterday.  He will be competing for the starting job at 2B this season.  Tribe manager Manny Acta says Cabrera definitely, has a job this season, its just a matter of weather its in a utility role, or at 2B.  Others competing for the job include Jayson Nix, Luis Valbuena, and Jason Donald, who has become the front runner for the 3B job now that Cabrera is in the fold.  In other good news at Tribe Camp, C Carlos Santana looks to be in full health and ready to go for the start of the season.  Santana hit .260 with 6 homers and 22 rbi during his rookie season with the Tribe, which was cut short in a scary collision at the Plate with Red Sox outfielder Ryan Kallish.  Santana will be important to the Tribe this year, as he is expected to bat clean-up.  Meanwhile Grady Sizemore's recovery from knee surgery also looks to be on track.  Sizemore went under the knife and June 4th and missed most all of last season.  Sizemore has had a couple of down years, since 2008 when he hit 33 homers and competed in the Home Run Derby.  Last season in 33 games, Sizemore failed to hit a homer and batted just  .211.  The Indians desperately need a healthy Sizemore if they are going to be competitive this season.  Sizemore figures to play CF, although his range may be down compared with Michael Brantley's, who did a great job of patrolling center last season.  Sizemore also figures to bat in the lead-off or #2 spot in the tribe's order, however during the last month of last season the Tribe had a good thing going at the top with Michael Brantley batting lead-off, and Asdrubal Cabrera batting second.  With Sizemore's average and speed likely down, I wouldn't be surprised if the Indians consider dropping him back in the order, maybe to are sixth in the line-up.

Jack Ready Drinks

Jack in a four-pack?  The creators of Jack Daniels plan to start selling a new product next month that may make your life a little easier.  The company says they will now sell drinks such as Jack and Coke and Jack and Iced Tea already mixed for you.  So if you're a fan, look for it on the shelfs next month.

Thanks For Listening

Thanks for tuning in to the Morning Buzz this morning. Rembmer to tune in tomorrow from 6-9am for more fun and shenanigans with Tyler, Slater, Anthony, and Jasen.

Homeless Feeding Ban

Don't feed the humans.  Thats the new law in Orlando, Florida that is being challenged in a Federal Appeals Court.  The law prohibits feeding homeless people in city parks.  Opponents to the law argue that we have the First Ammendment right to "Break Bread in Public".  City officials site health and safety issues as reasons for the law.  I always thought starving was a big health issue.

Unclaimed Lottery Tickets

A North Carolina couple claimed their lottery ticket just in time.  The couple won a 1 million dollar jackpot on August 20th, and nearly missed claiming the prize because they had misplace the ticket.  Raleigh Hill says that he finally remembered hiding the ticket in a shoe box.  After taxes the couple collected $700,000. I just can't imagine how painful it would have been for the past 6 months to know that you had one 1 million dollars and not be able to claim it.

Familiar Suspect

Authorities in the Memphis area can thank an ex for dropping a dime on her former husband.  Daniel James Fox was arrested two days after a robbery of a bank branch in a Kroger supermarket.  The suspects ex-wife recognized him in a surveillance photo and called police.  She told police Fox had given her $133 the night of the robbery.  He is being held on $5,000 bond.

BIg Word Wednesday

Nidificate-to Nest.

Fragernce Free

Pretty soon in Portland, Oregon, city workers will no longer be able to wear perfume, after shave, or strongly-scented deodorant to work.  Advocates of the law state health concerns for people with asthma.  This could be a precedent setting law that has dangerous implications for freedom, if I want to wear perfume to work I should be able to.  Plus, what if the guy who works next to me has really really bad B.O.

Trash Talking Fans

King Crybaby Lebron James couldn't take a little heckling from a fan in Indianapolis last Friday.  Apparently he couldn't take the "heat" and had to come over and ask the fan to stop what he was saying.  This just proves what I've always known about Lebron, he's a spineless, gutless child.

Computer Widens Gap on Jeopordy

This man vs. computer thing is becoming no contest on Jeopardy.  After last night's final Jeopardy round Watson came out with $35,734.  Brad Rutter was in second with $10,400, while Ken Jennings was in third with $4,800.  On Monday the battle was much closer, which leads me to wonder...Is the computer learning???

Play-Doh Lawsuit

A German company (123 Nahrmittel) makes a product called Yummy Dough.  On its label the phrase "play dough" was used.  Hasbro, the creator of my favorite childhood play thing Play-Doh sued for trademark infringement and won.  This means that Hasbro owns the phrase play dough, so be careful what you say.

Sports

The Buckeyes got the snub from the experts, as they dropped from #1 in the nation to #3 after their loss to #14 Wisconsin.  3 loss Texas actually jumped the Buckeyes into the #2 spot, despite the fact Ohio State plays in a conference that may end up with 8 teams in the big dance.  The experts declared Kansas the #1 team in the nation, because they supposedly are the only team in the nation with multiple ways to hurt you, every other team depends on one star.  When I saw that I was screaming at my TV, the Buckeyes have multiple scoring threats, they aren't just Jared Sullinger.  Theres Lighty, Lauderdale, Craft, Diebler, and Buford.  All can hurt you.  The Buckeyes hopefully shut up some of the nay sayers by beating Michigan State 71-61 last night on an off night for Sullinger.  It was William Buford who came up with 23 points for the Buckeyes. Meanwhile the Cavs are taking on the Lakers tonight.  Last time the two teams met, the Cavs lost historically 112-57.  Hopefully tonight they can finish within 40.

Dog Show

Which do you think is harder, dog shows or the Army?  According to General Rhonda Cornum "No Question, Its the Dogs."  She's an Army Surgeon whose helicopter was shot down during the Persian Gulf War, she was briefly held as a prisoner of war.  Now she had a dog in the Westminister Kennel Club show.   Her dog didn't make the finals.  The winner this year, a Scottish Deerhound.  This is the first win for the breed.  Two things 1.) Fighting wars is easier than winning dog shows. 2.) Congratulations to Scottish Deerhounds, a big win for the breed.

This Mornings Show

Due to technical difficulties we weren't here yesterday morning, but we are back this morning with more fun and shennanigans.  We will be talking about the Buckeyes and Cavs this morning, take a look at the Neilsen ratings,  and much much more.  Also its Wednesday which means that at 8:15 we will expand your Vocabulary with Big Word Wednesday.  Also this morning we have an update on the spring like forecast for the rest of the week.  So tune into the Morning Buzz on 88.3fm the sting.

Thanks for Tuning in

Thanks for joining us this morning for the Morning Buzz.  Tune in tomorrow from 6-9am for more fun, shenanigans, and alternative rock music. Please, check out the blog to see all of our show content from today's show.

Pill Drop

In a Fort Myers, Florida prescription drug disposal program, someone brought in pills that were prescribed in 1964, making them the oldest drugs turned in since the program began in 2008.  Its hard to believe that in nearly 47 years, those never got tossed in a trash can or washed down the drain.

Cardio Burlesque

No sports bras and sneakers in this exercise class.  The women in Cardio Tease wear feather boas and high heels.  Lola Van Ella combines traditional cardio exercise with burlesque dance moves.  She says it allows women to "epress their femininity and sexuality".  One woman claims to have lost 30lbs in the class.

No Cussing Clubs

Three students at Mountain Crest High School in Hyrum Utah are starting a no cussing club.  I know I would never join.  They want students who join to not only give up cussing, but also give up dirty jokes.  No thanks.

Snow Day Assignments

In Bowling Green Kentucky students don't get the day off from work when they get snow days.  Teachers are using Facebook to stay in touch with students and give them assignments, even on there day off.  What do you think of this??? I know I'm not a fan, I'm also not sure how I feel about teachers being friends with students on Facebook.

Esperanza Spalding

The Morning Buzz would to congratulate Esperanza Spalding for stunning the field and upsetting everyone in winning Best New Artist at the Grammy's last night.  She is the first Jazz Musician ever to win the award, and she is very deserving.  She is signed by local record label Telarc.

Playstation Phone

The true fusion of handheld gaming and a cell phone is finally upon us thanks to the new Sony Ericsson Xperia play phone.  The phone was unveiled at a Wireless Show in Barcelona Spain and will be on the market later this year, it features a slide out game controller that appears similar to the controls on a Play Station Portable.  All of your favorite Play Station titles will be available for play on the phone.

Nokia, Microsoft Enter Deal on Smartphone Software

Nokia has long been the world's leader in cellphones.  Now they want to find a way to make there software more competitive, so they are planning to team up with Microsoft to put Windows Phone 7 on all of their phones.  Microsoft needs to find a way into the smart phone market, as Apple and Google already hold firm shares of the market.  It will be interesting to see if Microsoft can make a dent and carve out a share of the smartphone market.

WINNER!!!!

Congratulations to Jesse, our winner of tickets to see Bonfire, and ACDC tribute band at the House of Blues this Friday.

Phone App for Addicts

Need a fix??? There is an app for that.  An app created by University of Wisconsin-Madison researchers is being tested that allows people with addiction problems to have access to online support groups and counselors. The app is called Addiction-Chess.  It features a panic button that allows the user to place a call for help.  It also uses GPS to alert users when the get near an area of previous drug or alcohol activity.  This could become a very good tool for recovering addicts.

Sports

The weekend got off to a good start when the Cavs snapped there 26 game losing streak by beating the Clippers in overtime.  The Cavaliers played with a sense of urgency on Friday night, looking like they had finally decided now was the time to end the skid.  However things did not look good last night as the Cavs allowed the Washington Wizards to snap a 25 game road losing skid, in convincing fashion 115-100.  At one point the Wiz led by 25.  After the game Cavaliers Head Coach Byron Scot said "Effort should not be a skill".  It was a tough one on Saturday as well, as the #1 Ohio State Buckeyes fell to 14th ranked Wisconsin 71-67 handing the Buckeyes there first loss. Ohio State led by 15 47-32 at one point in the second half.  From that Point on Wisconsin, who has now won 150 of there last 161 home games, outscored the Buckeyes 39-20, including a 15-0 run to tie the game.  It will be interesting to see if the Buckeyes (24-1) will be jumped by #2 Kansas (22-1) in this weeks rankings, or if the Bucks will be given the benefit of the doubt for losing to a good Wisconsin team and playing in the best basketball conference this season.  If they get the benefit of the doubt, they should remain the nations #1 team despite the loss, there is however no chance of them falling lower than 2.

Royal Wedding

Hey Comic book fans, coming in April "Kate and William: A Very Public Love Story".  Thats right, the story of William and Kate will be told in speech buggles and sketches.  There is apparently a history of comic books for girls in Brittan involving meeting and falling in love with celebrities.  Artistic Mike Collins says Prince William and kate make a good looking super hero, heroine combo.

Wind Advisory

A Wind Advisory is in effect until 5pm this afternoon.  Winds will be out of the West at 20-35mph with gust of up to 50mph through the afternoon.

Giveaway 2/14/10

Miss San Antonio Crown Dispute

A Texas judge will decide who will wear the Miss San Antonio crowd, after pageant officials attempted to strip Domonique Ramirez of her crown for violations including arriving late to events, not wearing the proper attire, and gaining weight.  Miss Bexar County Orginization president Linda Woods says Ramirez wore a dirty sash and brok the crown, which were more serious violations than the weight gain.  It is the opinion of the Morning Buzz crew however that secretly, officials thought the weight gain was the more serious violation.

Cheeseburger Begger

The man who was hanging around Monroe, Louisiana holding a sign that said "Vision of a cheeseburger Bless U!!!" was busted for solicitation after multiple warnings.  When arrested he had $250 on him, nearly $9 in change, and 4 wal-mart gift cards.  I guess he really didn't need the help after all.

According to McAfee some Chinese hackers hacked into the computer systems of some of America's major oil companies and stole sensitive information.  The Chinese government denied being involved.....I think there is a slight chance they may be involved.

Also in Cleveland Sports News this Morning, the Cavaliers will look to snap the historic 26 game losing streak tonight against the Los Angeles Clippers.  A Cavs lost will make them the losingest team in the history of the four major professional sports.  Four more losses will make them the losignest team in the history of pro sport.  Meanwhile the Cleveland Indians signed veteren Shortstop Orlando Cabrera who hit .253 for the Reds.  Orlando Cabrera will be expected to compete for the Secondbase job this season.  That would mean the Indians double play combination will be Orlando Cabreara at second, and Asdrubal Cabrera at Short.  This move seems to relegate Jason Donald to a battle with Jasyon Nix for the Thirdbase position, and could mean neither one of them fit into the teams immediate plans as top prospect Lonnie Chisenhall, a Thirdbasemen, is expected in the big leagues by mid season.  I think the tribe could have done with out Orlando Cabrera, they are going to lose anyway and this will slow the growth of Jason Donald, who the tribe will need at secondbase long tearm.

Greater Cleveland Sports Awards

The Greater Cleveland Sports Awards were last night at the Cleveland Renaissance Hotel.  Athlete of the Year went to Browns receiver Josh Cribbs, despite the fact he had, in my opinion, the worst season of his career.  He was up against Browns offensive tackle Joe Thomas and Indians outfielder Shin Soo Choo.  Joe Thomas, despite being named to the pro bowl, also had what in my opinion was the worst season of his professional career.  This season I watched Linebackers bust through the right side of our offensive line and break the ankles of three of our Quarterbacks this season.  In my opinion, Shin Soo Choo was most deserving of the honor.  He batted .300, hit 22 homers, and stole 22 bases and won the Asian Championship for South Korea.  Choo definitely got hosed.  I am happy that the Akron Men's Soccer team collectively won College Athlete of the year.  They were up against University of Iowa QB Ricky Stanzie, who played High School Ball at Lake Catholic in Mentor, and Dantell Lavander who plays for the Ohio State Buckeye's women's team.  Missing in the nominees for this award in my opinion was David Lightey, the Ohio State Buckeye who played his high school basketball at Villa Angela Saint Joseph High School.  I however am a fan of the Akron Men's Soccer team receiving the award after winning Akron's first National Championship, and actually bringing a Championship to Northeast Ohio.  Seven players off of that team were drafted in the MLS draft, five of them in the first round.  There are only eight picks per round, so congratulations all around to the Akron Men's Soccer team.

RoboCop in Detroit?

Apparently the mayor's office doesn't like the idea of building a statue of the 1987 sci-fi film character.  Not sure why, I think its an awesome idea.

Fort Wayne's government center name

In online voting, the people of Fort Wayne Indiana want to name their government center after the cities longest tenured mayor; Harry Baals (pronounced bawlz).  The cities current Mayor, Beth Malloy, who gets the final decision on the new name, says she will not name it that because of the jokes it could inspire.  I think if you open up the naming of a building to the people, they should get what they vote on.  So come on Fort Wayne, give Harry Baals some love.

Super Bowl Ticket Option

About 400 football fans who had tickets to the Super Bowl in Dallas got displaced after temporary seating sections weren't completed in time for the big game.  Initially the NFL promised all of the displaced fans three times the face value for the tickets ($2400) as well as a full expense paid trip to next years Super Bowl.  There is now a second option, you can chose to use that for any Super Bowl you want in the future.  That means fans of the Packers and Steelers can wait until the next time their team is in the big game.  If you take the second option however, you can not sell your tickets.  If you select the tickets for next year you can sell them, which gives you the opportunity for big financial gain because your selling a ticket that includes air fare and lodging that you did not have to pay for.  Which option would you chose??? Comment below and let us know what you think.
